Default Bundt Cakes Stick

Am I the only one with this issue?

My bundt cakes stick to the pan.
Big bundt cakes, and I just got 6 mini bundt cakes pan.

I spray Pam and they stick.

I grease w/ shortening or margarine and sprinkle flour
and they stick.

I have had to resort to putting tinfoil in the bottom,
spraying it w/ Pam, and they come out.
I don't like doing it this way.

Any suggestions?

my mom always puts her bundt pan in the freezer after she butters and flours it. It keeps the butter where it is just a smidge longer she says it makes all the difference. Also my brother in law says his mom would buy some veggie or canola oil and fill the pan completely and let it cure kind of like what you do to cast iron pans.

Yep--butter, flour, freezer. And not pam either. . .it has to be butter or shortening.

I don't fill my all the way up, but I do rub the butter in with a napkin.
