Basically he is affirming the success of the surge, and moving more troops home. Also, deploying to Afghanistan the Marines who were scheduled to be deployed to Iraq.
hmmm that was very interesting to hear. I dont really understand enough about the situation to make informed comments. But I have this 'feeling' that I still don't know just how long these "victories" will last in Iraq and those Bush hopes will occur in Afghanistan. I'm definitley praying that the violence is ending, for everyones sakes.
