Who's Been Making $
I know there's not alot going on in the deals forum these days, but who's been rocking the Glade deals over at Albertsons with me? I'm finally out of coupons for the Oil Warmers or I'd hit them up again. I ended up doing pretty darn well - I got 20 of the gel warmers a couple weeks ago and over the last couple of weeks I've lucky enough to get 28 of the oil warmers.
Total oop including tax 81.01
Total received in catalinas 152.00
Nice profit (thanks Glade and Albertsons).
So how'd the rest of ya do? There's still a few days to get in on the oil warmer deal if you still have q's left.

WTG bigbubba. Somewhere out there is a $3 coupon also, not sure where though as a friend had it and I didn't. I spent most of my cats already on meat, milk, shrimp, apple cups and fruit.

I know you can buy the warmers at other stores, like Vons. But Vons price was 6.49 so with bogo q the deal wasn't as sweet as Albertsons where they are priced 3.99 (so even free after cat w/o a q).

Now see, that was my PLAN, however when I went shopping on Sunday, I ended up getting a bunch of stuff that I could have gotten at CVS. We actually needed stuff that I have been trying to stay stocked up on,thru CVS. Stuff like milk, ice cream, cooking oil,cat litter, cat food, misc stuff for dd at her college dorm.
I got a great deal on all my groceries, 125 dollars worth down to 3 dollars and change, but I just felt like I should have been buying meat and produce with it, oh well.
I will try to put my next 50 bucks worth to good use!!!

That is soo great. Even without doing it at CVS. Sometimes life gets so that you can't visit each store you plan to and you need stuff - but working the deals either way.....

Yeah around here the grocery store deals have been a little slow the last few weeks or so. But luckily the drug stores have been doing some deals - I even went back to RiteAid after almost 2 years of not shopping them (thanks to a $30 g/c to spend).

Starrlight,
OK talk to me about Rite-aid, I have a few of those 30 gift cards, but like you said, I have not gone for about 2 years, except in February for the Olay soap deal. BUt i was in and out in about 10 minutes.
What kind of deals can I use my gift card on?? I dont know about the far stuff, I m afraid I will get all hyped up, then get in the store and none of the stuff will be in stock.

Well this week I got all the FAR items except 2 they were out of (the power surge cord and the moisturizer). They had plenty of everything else.
9 ft. GE cord 2.00 - 2.00 rb
Adidas (I got the spray) 3.99 - 1 q - 3.00 rb
Citre Shine (I got the gloss gelee) 3.99 - 1 - 3.99 rb $ maker
Citre Shine (I got the aero serum) 5.99 - 1 q - 5.99 rb $ maker
Oral B Artica 2.49 - .75 q - 2.48 rb $ maker
Kotex pads 3 - 1 q - 3.00 rb $ maker
Some other sale items -
CLF 3 pack bulbs .99
Halloween stuff was 75% off as was fall decor. I got some glow necklaces and nail decals for my DD for under $1. The Tide single use pouches are 1.29 - 1 q = .29. I had forgotten about my q's for this. I usually use them at Vons where the single use boxes are .85 so free w/q, but the Vons that carries the singles is out of the way so I just used them here instead and paid a little for them (I let my DS use them for his laundry).
I did notice some items in the rebate book that I'll be keeping an eye out for upcoming weeks.
