Raleys, Bel Air, Nob Hill are the same ownership. Their ads are different, but anything in any of those 3 ads is on sale that week at all 3 for the same price. You just can't get a Rain Check unless it's in your ad.
Service is a YMMV thing depending on a store's General Manager, but I've found that service from Raley's employees tends to generally be superior to other grocery chains.
These stores have outstanding sale items, but regular prices on most items tend to be high (other than Sunnyside Farms products). The fruit and vegetable quality usually tends to be excellent.
Raleys has 88 stores in CA, NM, NV.
Bel Air has 21 stores in CA.
Nob Hill has 24 stores in CA.

Most weeks there's one special online printable coupon usually not found in the printed ad. The address for it has the date in 2 spots. Each week you can add 7 days to the old date in the address to find the new coupon. Sometimes there's a link on the homepage. Sometimes not. The coupon is usually something free with a $10+ purchase. The free item is usually valued at $2-3. All purchases including stamps count towards the $10. Use the free coupon before any other coupons. If you use other coupons first and your balance falls below $10 the free coupon won't scan.
