Came across a pretty impressive site for music
Its called Soundpedia and I am having so much fun with it. I just started building up my playlists, and now I need some friends on my list. What kind of music do you like? Join up and come see mine!
This site is so super easy to use, that even a computer dummy head like me has figured it out.
What is your favorite music site?

As a computer geek I just have to warn you-shareware is leaving an always open port from your computer to cyber-space. Anyone with the time and desire can get into your computer with software such as Limewire on your computer. And no, your antivirus and spyware does not protect you...that software is built specifically so it will share files on your computer with the outside world-anyone else who joins with them. It kinda makes a "wormhole" so to speak...and that's a hacker's way in.

You're welcome. I'm sure people who love sharing music will read my post & get mad at me, the messenger, and deny it's true...but I have an A in computer repair so I think I know what I'm talking about.
That's ok...it'll help keep me employed...fixing all the computers that get infested with viruses from file sharing software

If you unplug the internet cable from your computer when it's not in use, that's not an issue though. I maybe spend an hour a month on Limewire, and I have mine set to not allow people to download from me. Never had ANY issues with it. It's all about being savvy!

Limewire is on your computer...it connects to their servers every time you connect to the internet, even if you don't use it.
People can and do use it for years without a problem. Others are not so lucky. It's not about sharing your music...it's about the wormhole through all your security features. And-the risk of downloading a virus laden song. It's a real risk. And like I said...the would-be hacker would have to have a desire to get in. It IS possible. I've done experiments in school with it, using every single firewall and antivirus you can imagine. Believe me, hackers get through it all. They can get in the Pentagon, they can get in your desktop or laptop. No joke.
