Default Can anyone make sense of this?

Hi, I have just been going through this years and last years calender, seeing when I was due a period and when I actually had one... Basically I'm trying to work out my true cycle as I can be up or down.

Sometimes I have no period and other times I have two in a month.... hmmm...

I'm not very good at this and sorry if it doesn't make sense but PLEASE PEASE try to suss it out for me, lol.

Anyway here it goes....

Jan 06

Due period - 21st Jan
Actual period - 9th Jan

Feb 06

Due period - 6th Feb
Actual period - 4th Feb

Mar 06

Due period - 4th Mar
Actual period - 9th Mar

Apr 06

Due period - 6th Apr
Actual period - 11th Apr

May 06

Due period - 9th May
Actual period - 25th May

Jun 06 (2 periods this month)

Due period - 22nd Jun
Actual period - 4th Jun
Actual period - 28th Jun

Jul 06 (2 periods this month)

Due period - 26th Jul
Actual period - 7th Jul
Actual period - 17th Jul

Aug 06 (bit confusing this month, lol)

Due period - 4th Aug
Due period - 14th Aug
Actual period - 28th Aug

Sep 06

Due period - 25th Sep
No period

Oct 06 (worked out as if I had started my period on the date I was due)

Due period - 23rd Oct
Actual period - 15th Oct

Nov 06 (can't add this as the page from the calender is missing, lol)

Dec 06

Due period - 18th Dec
Actual period - 25th Dec

Jan 07 (2 periods this month)

Due period - 22nd Jan
Actual period - 18th Jan
Actual period - 27th Jan

Feb 07 (bit confusing this month, lol!)

Due period - 15th Feb
Due period - 24th Feb
Actual period - 17th Feb

Mar 07

Due period - 17th Mar
No period

Apr 07

Due period - 14th Apr
No period

I am now 4 weeks 5 days late and planning to do a pregnancy test.
Am I classed as having missed this months period aswell? I think it's all abit confusing!

I'd appreciate it if anyone can make any sense of this as I feel like I'm going round and round in circles trying to figure out my monthly cycle...lol.

Firstly Welcome to families! I wish you luck with your testing The only thing I can suggest is chartiing your BBT its one of the only ways to make sure that you 'O" you can try googling fertilityfriend its a wonderful site that helped when we were TTC Our now 9 1/2 mnth old Good luck

Yeah I've been on that website. I can't track my BBT as I dont have one of the BBT thermometres. I have tried to track my cycle but don't know if I have done it right.

I the website will let you, could yu have a look at my chart and see if you can make sense of it? lol

Personaly I never used a BBT I used a reg dig thermom and it worked as all I had to do was wake up take my temo and I could go back to sleep. It records the temo in it so I didn't have to rush to jot it down

So any thermometre would work? I thought it had to be a BBT thermometre?!?!?!? hmmmm....... lol

BBT thermometers are supposedly really cheap and available at any drug store. The site suggests that you use a BBT thermometer, but you can use an acurate digital one. I've been charting because we are going to TTC #2 in the fall, and I wanted to get an idea of what my cycles are like before we actually start. I use a regular digital, and the site really just says to be consistent, so you'd want to use the same thermometer everyday. Good luck!
