I love ultra sound pictures but I am horrible at guessing what gender. Probably because it took us until our fourth for my dh to finally win and get the gender. Good luck.

Just a guess but I think it could possibly be girl. In both pics towards the back/spine area there is a white spot and with girls you can see the ovaries even if their legs are not open....think that is a myth that it's the only way to tell, cuz my boyfriend knew with our dd before the ultrasound tech even mentioned anything and he was the one who pointed out the ovaries to me! Still it's all a guess for the untrained eyes and even tech's can be wrong!

I need help reading my ultrasound as well. the doc ultrasound tech said it was a boy, but i keep thinking they r wrong, maybe from denial, or I may actually be right. what appears to be his "stuff" looks like the umbilical cord, and the scrotum sack looks to small...like iono..someone help! Lol

I can't tell from the photo it's too small, but I know the ultrasound tech told me that a girl's genitals show as three white lines and a boy's looks like a turtle.!!
