If it's a bogo coupon then you'll get the amount of both items credited toward your $30 amount since the coupon is 'paying' for one. So if the items were $2 each, you'd pay $2 but get $4 toward the deal.
Now if it's there deal for bogo you'll only get the amount of the item you're paying for toward the deal. Like the tea is 3.79 bogo, you'll get 2 for that price but only 3.79 will go towards the deal.
