8 weeks after my 1st child was born (1997) I ended up in terrible pain, the worst pain I have ever had, I thought I was going to die, long story short I had to go to the hospital and have a D&C, all of the placenta was not removed and formed a blood clot. ( I delivered my daughter by c-section) When I tried to get pregnant again I could not after 1.5 yrs. I had to have an insemination. Anyway once again I can not get pregnant. I recently saw my medical file and it said that when I delivered my daugher the placenta was incomplete. My thought is maybe I can not get preg. because of all that. When I had my second child the dr. said I have a lot of scar tissue. I am really upset and in the back of mind keep thinking that the first dr. I had messed me up. What are your thoughts? Thank you
