Default Car sick = Airplane sick?

CeJay gets car sick, not all the time, but in longer car rides, normally if we're in the car for over an hour. Well, we are going to visit my mom in Texas in a few days, and that's a 3-4 hour flight. Is he going to be throwing up the the whole time?? Is there something I can give him to prevent that?

There usually is something that the ped. can give him that he can take before he gets on the flight.

I was going to suggest dramamine too. We gave it to Erin and Ella, they both get car sick too, on our drive to Florida and it WORKED! YAY! No puke to clean up the whole trip!
Although we haven't tried it on an airplane ride, i am sure it will work for that too.
