Default Carrying really low (maybe TMI)

I have been having bladder "issues" the past week or so. I have to go constantly and when I do it is a few drops and I don't feel like I did anything. I also have a good amount of pressure but no burning or real discomfort (just annoyance). I wanted to get checked out just in case it is the start of a bladder infection or UTI.

Yesterday I called the Dr and they sent me for testing, the results are due back later today. So today I went for my regular appointment and they checked things out to be safe. Dr said the baby is really low (which I can DEFIANTLY tell by where she is always kicking ), but my cervix is still long and closed. I need to elevate my feet whenever I feel pressure.

Anyone else go through this? Any tips? I'm a really active person and never had trouble with my other 2 PG's so this is new to me.

Maybe it's a girl thing...lol...b/c my little girl is so low sometimes I dont even look pregnant! As for the bladder thing....I feel like I have to go ALL the time! At night I seem to get a lot of pressure which makes me run to bathroom twice a night. I guess it doesn't help that she seems to like to kick my bladder when its nice and full! I was tested already for a UTI and I'm clean but you may want to be checked to be on the safe side! Well maybe when they flip and go head down we might get a little relief!

Actually, Dr said the head is already down...it was right there when she checked me today. I think she is just anxious to come out...but she better wait till September!

I went yesterday for a urineanalysis (sp?)...no results back yet.

definitely think it's a girl thing... Bubbie sits low too... i think the not being able to go but needing to go comes from the baby pressed against the uretha (?sp)
