Good grief. Are we still in an era where we
hide people who have disabilities or disfigurments from children.
My uncle was an amputee, and I always found his wound hard to look at, because it was a botched job. But I learned to deal with it - was part of who he was. And he was a VERY capable person - a machinist.
I had a piano teacher when I was young, whose arm was like Cerrie Burnell's - she was born that way - could play just fine and was a great teacher. I learned to deal with it.
BROAD HINT:
I LEARNED TO DEAL WITH IT
What's wrong with people? There are so many other things to shelter children from. And what of the effect on CHILDREN who are born with one limb and not the other?
It's a TV show for cryin out loud. You don't like it, turn it off.
