Here is a recipe for a really great cheese ball; its great at parties, as an appetizer!2 8 ounce pkgs cream cheese, softened1 bunch green onions, chopped2 pkgs buddig beef, cut into bite size piecesCrackers, for serving (Sociables work very well)Mix everything together in a kitchen mixer. Shape into a ball on a plate. Cover and chill, or serve right away, with crackers. Yum!
