You can marinate chicken in just about anything. Do you have left over salad dressing? Pour the dressing in a ziplock bag and add chicken. Let it marinade overnight.
Next day, pop it into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
You'll have a very flavorful dinner and it takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare.
