[screwed]

This is my first time posting here. I am from pa and my ex-wife still lives there while i live in new jersey. I pay 1000.00 a month for child support. My daughter is in daycare till september and then she will be starting school. I am Barely making it and waiting for her to start school because i am hopefull that my support payments will go down. I think the average pay for child support is around 600. I pay 1000 because she is still in daycare. Daycare costs 800 a month. I pay 400 of it and my ex pays 400 of it. The question is, how do i go about getting that 400 a month stopped once my child starts school? any help is greatly appreciated. Is this a normal thing? because some people tell me that once i am paying 1000 a month they will not lower it.
