Hi Ladies,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions...
I have a friend who is a work from home mom and is looking to hire someone to come in and care for her child while she works...
she is wondering what types of questions to ask a potiential Nanny. Now I should be able to come up with some as I have been a nanny for years.. but being on the other side of the issue.. I am drawing a blank here.. I told her she has the right to ask for a background check, references and a driving record if she lets them take him out of the house... I told her to ask about the ages of the children they have cared for and years experience.. plus get references on those... but what else??
