I have been taking Clindesse and Monistat 3 for some wonderful infections I had. Since I started taking the Monistat 3 I have had light pink to dark pink staining. Well last night I had dark red, small blood clots and this morning I had a small amount of red blood in my underwear. I called on Thursday and let them know what was going on and my ob said it was just from the medicine. I am concerned because it is getting worse. I have called the emergency line at my ob's and am waiting for her to call back.
*UPDATE: my ob called back and said it is most likely my cervix is irritated from the tubes used to insert the meds. She said if continues then I have to call her back and go to the er for an u/s.
Has anyone else had this happen?
