Dark Chocolate Truffles - bittersweet, soft, and very delicious chocolate truffles.

Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate (75% cocoa)
100 ml double cream
15g unsalted butter (softened)
50g blanched hazelnuts
2 tbs golden caster sugar
1-2 tsp arak flavouring, real arak / arack /arraki or rum
cocoa powder to dust

Procedure:
Blend chocolate pieces and hazelnuts in a food processor. Add double cream, butter, sugar, flavouring, mix well.
Pleace in the fridge for couple of hours or even overnight.
Then create small, about 1 tsp size, balls from the truffle mixture, dust in a cocoa powder and leave aside.
Store in the fridge.

I'm on the wagon, so I make hot cocoa using powered, unsweetened cocoa, low fat milk, sweetener and hot water. It's far more economical than the powered cocoa mixes, and you can make it less sweet and more chocolately if you like.

Chocolates are also mine favorite all the time. I have baked chocolate pastry yesterday. It was really delicious and amazing. Right now i am making dough for chocolate fudge cake. I will bake it tomorrow.

Oh, I'm not a great baker, but I love all chocolate stuff, and I'm fond of truffles very much, so I think I'll try to make them myself. Thanks a lot for the recipe, it sounds very yummy!
