Default circumcision/adhesion

Our pediatrician said that Kalen has some adhesion with his circumcision and showed me where it was "growing back together". She told me to push it back at every diaper change to stop it from getting worse.
Has anyone else had to deal with this? Did you have to have it re-circumsized?

I had problems with it. When we were waiting for DS's plastibell to fall off ( never did) had to take him to DR and she peeled it off bc his skin grew over the bell in one small spot. After that it kinda stuck together no matter what I used on it. We still have an issue with it getting stuck once in a while...he's 4 mths old now.

My son had the same problem until he was almost 1 year old. I just kept pulling it back at every change and adding a little vaseline to prevent it from sticking. All is good now and the pulling back was needed less and less as the months went by...

We had to do the same thing with David. We also were told to put a little petroleum jelly on it. David is fine now.
