At my last appt my ob gave me a packet to sign up for birthing classes. Since this is our first I was totally game Dh is not. The class cost $100 and Dh does not think that we need to go. He says he has full confidence that I will just know what to do. right... I wanted to go just to find out other techiniques for the pain. I have asked several people and they all say not to take the class because it is a waste. I know there are many women on here that are experienced in birthing so what is your take on the birthing class?
I do have some experience with lamaze because of my endometriosis. I use it when the cramps become too intense. My doc says they are very comparable to labor pains. any thoughts are appreciated!
