Hey everyone,
Feel kind of embarrassed to be asking this question, but what the heck. I really don't use this computer for anything except going online. So now when I try to install software (tax prep software, ugg), it doesn't quite happen. I get a bunch of progress bars and hour glasses and then the computer kind of freezes up until I have to restart it by holding down the power button. I've done this three times and got the same result three times. Why won't the software install? Hey, I like another excuse to put off my taxes for yet another night. I guess I'll have to wait and see what y'all say before I can get the software installed . . . tomorrow night.
