OK, Ellison is constipated, it has been 6 1/2 days since she has pooed, normally I would eat a bar of chocolate and that would help, however I have started a responsible eating plan to try and lose some baby weight and chocolate isn't part of it, is there anything else I can do?? any help really appreiciated, I have never had this problem with any of the other babies.
