Cooking & Baking Up a Storm Tonight
It's hot. Need the air conditioning on.
DS#1 wanted some zucchini bread, so I am putting the heat in the oven to good use.
Made my cinnamon coffee cake (ok, it's really Betty Crocker's, but I mix it up and change it from a cake into a coffeecake);
ground turkey manwich;
zucchini bread for us, for DS#1, and to share.....forgot to add the nuts, oh well;
butterfly porkchops;
skinless, boneless chicken breasts - I'm baking them and haven't figured out what else they'll become yet. Maybe just chicken breasts.
It smells really good tonight.

(i do the same thing with betty crocker's cinnamon cake. they used to have an actual cinn coffee cake recipe in there, but i guess they stopped printing it?)
