On December 31st, 2007 at 12:15 pm, Cooper Jayson Bernard was born. He weighed in at 6lbs 6oz, 19 1/2 inches long. He had a little bit of a rough start. He didn't cry when he was born so he didn't get enough of the fluid out of his lungs and started to breathe a little fast. After a couple of hours of observation in the nursery he was brought to me where he's become a regular little baraccuda when it comes to feeding. He's only getting colostrum right now and his weight has dropped but he's doing good. He's also a little jaudice but he's perfect. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. Once I get some pictures watermarked I'll post them along with his birth story. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Congratulations!!!!!!! I'm glad to hear he's doing well, after the initial scare with his breathing, and hopefully the jaundice will clear up quickly!!
