Anyone read anything about this yet? I was tipped off to it today by reading a blog on MySpace. So I looked into it. The further I look the angrier I get. So angry in fact that I am not ready to voice my opinion. I want a clear head for that.
How eliminating (if not properly tested and cleared for lead and other chemicals) the sale of used children's goods and saving manufacturers fees and needs for this testing only to pass it on to the consumers is an improvement to safety is beyond me.
I'll try to wade through and post more in the coming days.
