CVS has 75% off summer stuff. Got $50 fans for $12.50 and $24 fans for 5.75. Grill covers were $1.75 each. Lots of toys, plastic dishes, plastic silverware, coolers, rafts--which I didn't buy. Also got a chair in a bag for $2.50 and 2 beach chairs for $7.50 each regularly $30. They even had air conditioners for $100 so $25 now. Look in the aisle for these--stacked on the floor. They had gas grills too but I don't know the price.

When did it start for your area?

When I checked a couple of local CVSes on Sunday, instead of dropping the summer stuff from 50% to 75%, the discount had disappeared completely - the Igloo coolers I had been waiting to hit 75% had returned to full price.

I'm hoping it was just a system burp, and that they have corrected it since then...

I'm not sure if it started on Sunday or Monday. I know I got my stuff on Monday.

I was in our CVS (north Texas) on Tuesday and they had the Igloo ice chests 75% off. I bought a $20 ice chest for $5! I also bought a watering pitcher for my plants that did not ring up on sale. When I told the supervisor that the pitchers were displayed on the same shelf as the ice chests, she rang it up at 75% off for me. She made the comment that NOT ALL the summer stuff was 75% off, but she didn't know which was and which wasn't.
I left there a happy camper.

Thanks, I checked yesterday, and the Igloo coolers were back on 75% off.

If you buy a cooler, make sure it has the Field & Stream subscription card in it, and buy it on a receipt where nothing else matters - you can send in the card, following the directions in the small print, and receive $9.99 back instead of the subscription. There is no limit printed on them, and others have noted on other boards that they have been told they'll get all that they sent in, so I've bought 3 or 4 coolers so far, getting paid to take them by the time I'm done.

I went to 3 stores in the last 2 days. 1 store already went to 90% off!!!! Other 2 were at 75%. I did manage to get 2 of the igloo cooler 1 gallon liquid jugs for $2.49 each!
Other Deals:
64 oz bubbles - .75 - smaller bottles were down to .09 at the 90% off!
goggles, water wings, inflatable pool balls, sand mold toys, drink stirrers were between .19-.39 each
Summery hard plastic plates were .49 each - I get these to bring cakes, cupcakes, cookies to work on and don't care if I don't get the plate back.
They also had but I did not get inflatable pools, umbrellas, fans. Chairs were NOT on sale around here as of yet, but hopefully soon as I need to get a couple more of those.

my one store at 75% was practically picked clean, i did manage to get a few things like cups, hats, ice cream plastic plates etc.

Be watchful for the Kingsford charcoal. I got the 7.2 lb. Matchlight for $1.75 minus $1.50 coupon.

talonts, thanks for the info about the Igloo coolers. They were only 50% off at my store, but I still bought one for $7.49, planning to get a $9.99 refund. Sounds like a good deal to me!

FYI $3/10 CVS brand cous use those! i did today forgetting the fact that fun in the sun was a CVS brand. if only i had remembered when i bought all that stuff at 90% off!
