I am off to the other PMs on the island this afternoon - but I confirmed that the Hylan Blvd is being strict and enforcing their policy of 1 trip per day - I thought I'd test it and didn't have my card with me - I asked the cashier to use her card and she asked for my phone # - it came up with a card - so that's what she used. I have a number of cards I've used in the past, so I will try it at Hylan later today (need more free ice cream) with a different card. I'll keep y'all posted!
