Default Did anyone (else) email CVS for ECB re-set last week?

I emailed from the website Thursday and Friday (different accounts) and haven't heard anything back. Usually I have heard within this time frame so I'm wondering about anyone else's experience during this change-over period. Maybe they are just swamped with the system change.
