Default Diet Friendly Recipes using everyday ingredients

My friend GAgirl added a lot of 'diet friendly' recipes to her website ... many are ones that I shared with her, but some are from other sources too. If you have a chance, check them out ... she'll appreciate the visits. And feel free to drop her a note if you have recipes you'd like to see added ... or if you notice problems/corrections, etc.

Most of them use common every-day ingredients, and lots of my recipe ideas cam from wanting to use up some of my stockpiled food items in a more 'diet friendly' way than just cooking packaged foods all the time.

For anyone who doesn't already know ... Georgia Girl is an 'empty nester' friend of mine. Her main hobby now that her kids are all grown and don't live nearby is her web site. It started out with romance trivia and inspirational quotes (about 10 years ago) and has grown over the years to include southern humor, eCards, games, quizes, recipes and a
ton more.
