
I still have about 10 lbs tacked onto my body from my pg three years ago and I'm determined to get it off. So, this week, I set a new routine for myself -- walking each weekday morning at 7 AM for 35-40 minutes, nightly weight training, drinking lots of water, and watching what I eat. So far, it sucks. I hate dieting more than anything!!!

The exercise doesn't bother me but I'm frustrated with dieting. I hate eating and still being hungry within a few minutes. And with two year old twins running around I can't be a personal chef for myself. So, it's lots of low cal cereal with lowfat milk, salads, and sensible dinners.
I know when my pants are loose I'll be happy but for the moment, dieting annoys me.
