Difference between sugars...
I obviously know the difference between powdered sugar and granulated sugar, but what about Confectioners' Sugar? I will be making a Banana Cream Pie and it calls for confectioners' sugar. I've come across this before, but I've always found a different recipe for the thing I was making in order to avoid having to find out the difference! I've decided that now I've gotta know! hehe! Is confectioners' sugar the same as powdered sugar? Or is more like granulated sugar?
