Question Do you own an excercise ball?

If so, do you like it? Have you seen results from it? I'm thinking of buying one, but want to know what other women think of it first.

I have two of them. I use my huge one to do 'marches.' (Sit on the ball and march)This helps with my balance issues. And I can use it or my smaller one for crunches and different kinds of exercises. I have not seen results from it, but you would if you used it all the time. I get my results from doing my regular core work just on the floor w/o using the ball.

Really? Just plain old excercises on the floor work better for you? I do crunches on the floor but it aggrevates my neck. I was thinking it might be better on the ball, but wasn't sure. I just want to get rid of this "baby pouch" that I have left from my last pregnancy. It's gross, and I can't seem to get rid of it!

Yeah- if crunches on the floor aggrevate your neck then the same thing will result from the ball I would think. The ball is hard to get used to - but you can do it.

Check out the "Abs Diet" book to get rid of you tummy, I just made a post about it.

I have 2 as well. A 55 inch and a 75 inch. I mostly use them for upper and lower ab exercises, but I have some other faves as well. Couldn't live without them!

Thumbs up The Greatness behing the exercise ball!!

I love my exercise ball! It even has little message fingers on it and it is great for exercising, yoga, and I even use mine as a desk chair to build a strong core and balance. Plus I often get bored at the desk and it gives you a bit of activity. I highly recommend one. Mine even came with a book of exercises for a overall body workout and stretch!
