They will indeed find out. If it's related to reproductive health, call Planned Parenthood.
Word to the wise: the parents usually find out regardless. You might be better off being honest.

Call the Planned Parenthood and ask them for advice. They are the ones that know your area. And they are honestly the best -- possibly only -- choice, short of dealing with rent fallout.

Maybe you have a family doctor that you see for normal checkups? I'm not sure what the best choice would be. I'll have to think about that.
Basically as far as the option of not getting treatment goes, that is probobly not a good idea. Most things (the infections etc. that I assume you are worried about ) don't go away without treatment, but the symptoms might go away. But without treatment the infection could cause damage over time and that damage could make it hard for you to become pregenant in the future, or it could lead to other serious health problems.
This may sound a bit strange, but I would try praying about this stuff. God certainly knows what path will best work for you. He can help you to know how you can deal with parents and all that as well.

God can heal anything, but I would call the doctor! Prayer is a great idea, maybe it won't take care of syphilis, but you might feel better anyway.
Planned parenthood is probably the best thing for you. Leaving it untreated will only hurt you further, and your parents will really find out if you get really sick.
Planned parenthood can probably tell you if there is something more local to you that maybe you don't know about. Good luck!

I'm really concerned for you as to why you can't talk wtih your parents? I know revealing personal things, esspecially sexually related can be soooo difficult and unpredictable. Parent's jobs are to keep kids safe though. I would try calling your family dr. on the phone for advice and explain your situation. Their is a client dr. confidentiality that is supposed to take place. He/She can direct you to perhaps a closer place. Is there a County Health Dept. you can go to? Not sure whether they need parental concent. It always concers me when kids go behind their parent's backs. I hope you will be able to tell. I agree you DO NEED to take care of what ever you may have. If it's an STD, some can "go away" but leave you infertile. Some don't go away, and some, may require surgery (an actual hospital stay) if left untreated.. Please PM me if you need specific information and I'd be happy to give you some guidence.

I get so sad when I hear teens talk about their parents not being supportive of them. Parent's don't need to be supportive of the poor choices their teens make, but definately supportive of their treatment and repentant hearts. I hope you will take the risk of talking with your parents--even if the WORST happens. You are going through something very scary and NEED their support more than you might think. They're entitled to be upset. The choices you make though have consequences. I hope you get the help you need quickly!
Take care,
MJ
