Doctor's Appointment and U/S (We have a.....)
BOY! Baby B is a boy! Baby A was too hard to tell, so we will hopefully find out on Feb. 2.
The ultrasound went well. They did some basic anatomy scans and everything looked great! Both babies weigh 6 ounces and are measuring right on track. My cervix measured 3.7cm (the last measurement was 3.4cm). The visit with the doctor went great too! I am measuring 20 weeks (even though I am 16weeks), which is good. The only negative is that I am a little behind on my weight gain. I still havent gained anything (I lost 5 pounds in the first trimester), but I am almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Just last week the nausea started to slow down and I was able to eat a lot and keep it down. It was so bad at times that even the Zofran wouldnt help, but thankfully that seems to be behind me now! The doctor is optimistic that I can catch up quickly!
I couldnt have asked for a better appointment!
