Default Does Saturday night still get Sunday's deals?

Just wondering if you can still go later on Saturday nights to get the next week's ECB deals?

Our CVS stores have gotten really lousy at stocking enough stuff for the ECB deals, so wondering if I can beat the crowd this way.

Anyone else find that their stores aren't stocking enough stuff for the ECB deals? It's hard for me to tell if it's a new countrywide practice or just because of the new management that started recently.

Grrrrr.....hate to see them go the way of Rite Aid where, if you go to the store at 10:05 a.m., they are all out.

Great! Good to know for future reference.

Last time I was in on a Saturday night, they had the new management there - not sure how we got on the topic, but I said something about getting the next day's ECBs on Saturday night. She said, "oh, no, that won't happen - you have to wait until Sunday to get the ECBs."

When I showed her the ECBs that came out, she just said "hmmph, must be a one time glitch".....okay, whatever you say.....lol.

ive been able to. This new CVS they built near me turns their ad over about 12PM if not earlier so i get the deals really early. I like this store because most of them know me and don't give me problems.

Wow, that's nice to be able to go after noon. The store that I used to go to on Saturday nights for the Sunday deals, I had to go around 7 pm because any earlier and I was taking the chance that they hadn't flipped to Sunday yet.

The last time I went to this store, it was a new manager and I asked her if I could get the Sunday deals yet. She said, "No, you can't do Sunday deals until Sunday." So I got some stuff and my ECBs printed out for the "Sunday" deals. I showed the manager and she said, "Well, that must be a fluke, because the system is set up that you don't get Sunday's deals until Sunday." Ok, if you say so....lol

I'm pretty sure that the Sunday sale is loaded into the cash register system at 6pm on Saturday.

I work at 3 different CVS pharmacy stores, and each one activates the sale at different times. Generally the sale is activated at 6, but it has started earlier sometimes, sometimes they wait until sunday morning. The one store I work at is a 24 hour store, and they usually wait until 7 or 8pm on saturday.

I've had some new experiences with CVS recently. They've stopped being nutty about taking only one coupon at a time - got a lot of complaints on that one. It does continue to be a problem if people deplete the shelves, but they should set a limit if that is the case. That's not all related to ECBs, just people seeing a good price.

HOnestly, I saw one person walk into the CVS yesterday, buy all the stuff on sale, no coupons, and walk out of the store WITHOUT her ECB coupons as the cashier was calling after her "Wait!!! You have coupons!!!"

My stores don't activate the Sunday sales until they open on Sunday. They don't have the flyers out for display either, and most cashiers don't seem to know where they are stashed.

There is one thing to keep in mind, however, with the Sunday ad ECBs on Saturday night.

If the ECBs are on a two-day sale (Sunday-Monday), those ECBs will print out for sales finishing midnight to midnight. My experience has been that there is no accommodation for early or late transactions for those sales.
