Hello!!
Through much prayer, thought, and conversation, our family has decided to adopt an infant with Down Syndrome. Where do I begin? How do we find the babies? I know of Reece's Rainbow for international adoption, but we would prefer a domestic special needs adoption.
Can anyone offer words of wisdom??!!

I know this is an old thread so the original poster may not even read this, but I wanted to put out the information just in case. A great resource for adopting children with Down Syndrome from the US is the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati. Their website is www.dsagc.com. There is a page about adoption and you can register to be one of the families contacted when they have parents who are planning to place an infant or occasionally an older child who has Down Syndrome.

I hope that helps. Children with Down Syndrome are such a blessing!
