Dreams?
I'm Brit.
I'm 18.
I was adopted when I was 9 weeks old.
It is a closed adoption.
I've always wondered about my birth parents, particularily, my mom.
Now, that I'm legal, I've thought about searching for her, but really, I'm just kind of finding myself and trying to figure out if I'm ready to, or not.
A few nights ago, I had a dream about her.
As far as I can remember, I've never had a dream about her.
It was really weird.
I saw her, and it was just like we were being reunited.
We both were crying.
I got to sit down and talk to her.
And we really got to know eachother.
When I woke up, I was so shocked.
I remembered the dream perfectly.
How she looked, what her voice sounded like, the outfit she wore.
Everything.
I was just wondering if any other adoptees, or even birth parents, I guess, had ever had dreams about the ones they've never met.
