Default ds scared me to death yesterday

wow. what a day.

on sunday, dh and i were sitting on the bed.

sean jr. climbs up on the bed, and his whole face is red.

dh is like "what's wrong with him?" i said, "i don't know. he looks like he's not breathing! did he eat something!?"

dh picked him up and started patting his back.

after a few pats, little sean started cry.

then dh starts to do the Heimlich Maneuver. after a few more seconds (although it seemed like forever), he threw up, and we could see a penny come up with everything else.

i am so glad dh was there. i wouldn't have known what to do.

little sean is fine now, after crying for a few minutes, he went back to playing and being his normal cheerful self.

it took us the rest of the day (and a clean pair of underwear each) before we were ok.

wow.

Think he'll grow up to be a banker?

Thank goodness that he is ok now. That had to have been very scarey for all 3 of you.

Yay for you, for noticing the problem and fixing it so quickly! I remember seriously choking as a kid-my mom was cooking and told me to go away and quit bothering her! Thankfully I choked the orange slice up. Scary! How funny that little Sean recovered so quickly. He's braver than I!
