Well, DS#2 graduated from high school 1 week ago.
He has been accepted

at the local junior college
and plans to live at home with us.
Joseph took placement testing for four hours on Thursday.
This coming Tuesday he will meet with advisers
and address his ADHD concerns.
We are not certain of his exact major yet.
I do not believe there is a major involving
chill-axing, chatting, socializing, and begin a good friend.
His brother DS#1 knew all along he wanted to be an engineer.
Joe is there

for the social life, fun, and activities.
He would love to go to the Big 10 university with DS#1
and have all the fun.
But not the hard studies involved.
It would be a waste of $22,000/year for a social life.
Two totally different young men.
One shy, studious, nose to the books.
The other a social butterfly, that only studies when he has to do so.
DS#2 enjoys hanging out at the campus and is really excited about fall
classes.....ehem.....the social aspect.
