Default Early pregnancy tests?

Are there OTC early pregnancy tests that pick up positives sooner than other tests that work? I know some are advertised, but I don't know if they work. Do blood tests and office urine tests pick up pregnancy hormones significantly earlier than at home stuff?

Even though we are officially WTTC--ya know waiting TTC, it seems like maybe dh had some overachieving swimmers. I was going to wait 2 more months at least before ttc. THere are health issues that make waiting better.

I have been around the clock sick to my stomach for 11 of 12 days. I did get one day of no yammy urges on Sunday. There have been some other possible early signs. Gotta love the combo of nausea, heartburn, and triple the IBS cramping.

If AF was going to be 28 days, it is 2 days late. Last pregnancy, the pee sticks didn't pick up anything for 2 weeks past AF was due. I really don't think I can stand to wait to weeks to find out. Plus there are health concerns that need to be discussed w/ doc asap if I'm pregnant. I'm missing several of my signs that AF is coming. Even if my cycle were longer this month, they should have showed by now.

Thanks for any info!
