Default Easy Chicken and Stuffing

Easy Chicken and Stuffing
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 box (6 ounces) stuffing mix
1 tablespoon butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a frying pan, heat the butter. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes. Remove chicken. In the same frying pan, prepare the stuffing according to box directions.
Return the chicken to the frying pan. Mix together the soup and mil and pour the mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook over medium heat until chicken done.

Hi! I fisrt saw this one in the Kraft food and family mag and I loved it right off because there are so many different way to fix it! you can use cream of chicken soup which adds to the flavor a bit more you can also add a jar of sliced mushrooms for taste Also if you need it to go further you can add a can of corn and cut green beans and sliced carrots ( all drained) Thats what I do and then I dont have to cook for a couple days lol Thanks for posting it!
