easy fork/spoon foods?
Izabell has been throwng a fit the past few nights at dinner, finally tonight i figured out why -- i haven't been giving her a spoon/fork to use. (and when i say fit, i mean refusing to eat. which is completely unnormal for her). So, what are some foods that are easy for her to use her fork? obviously macaroni, and she does fantastic with pasta wheels, but other than that, i'm lost. any help would be great!

cooked carrots, green beans.
And for a spoon, mashed potatoes were a big favorite in our house

since kaydee cant have any milk i have been making her rice or noddles, chicken broth (which gets sucked up by the rice or noodles) chicken cutlets, corn, peas, and diced carrots. She LOVES it. I mix in a little bit of seasonings and I eat it for lunch too
But its very easy to spoon up...and they have really great plastic sporks (spoon and fork)

baked beans are a favourite around here, the sauce helps it stick to the spoon, will she let you feed her while she plays with the spoon

she hasn't let us feed her since she was probably 5 months or so. little miss independent! she's pretty good with the spoon, it's the fork she's learning. i guess she'll just have figure out to press harder.
