Default Eating at 12 months

In the past 3 weeks, my 1 year old (as of yesterday!) has had a decrease in appetite a little, which I was told was normal. Well, now, she refuses to eat lunch! Here's her eating routine - tell me if this sounds right to you, ladies...

6:30 or 7:00 a.m. - bottle
8:30 or 9:00 a.m. - yogurt and one mini pancake (frozen kind), sometimes 3-4 oz. bottle, but not always
11:30 or 12:00 p.m. - bottle
12:15 - 3:30 (approx.) - nap
3:45 - snack of puffs, crunchies or wagon wheels and juice
6:30 or 7:00 - mac and cheese (or something easy for her to eat)
9:00 p.m. - Gerber 3rd foods oatmeal with apples and cinnamon and 4 oz bottle.
9:30 - bedtime

Do you think it sounds ok for her to refuse lunch if she's eating like that? I guess I've got "3 square meals" in my mind at this point... But she acts like she's just not interested. I figure this will probably change once bottles are no longer part of her diet, and her appetite will pick up. Plus, I'm having a hard time getting her to eat proteins. One, because she only has 4, almost 5, teeth, and two, she doesn't like some of the things she used to devour (green beans, mainly). She already has genetics against her for a weight problem, so I want her to eat a balanced diet, but I also don't want to force her to eat when she's not hungry.

ANY advice is helpful! Thanks, ladies!
