Question Eating problems

DD1 (28 months) hasnt been eating much of anything lately. Its really weird because she always ate a ton at one meal at the very least. This is when it started:

Thursday morn she came into my room and threw up all over my bed She didnt eat anything all day, but i expected that.
Friday she still wouldnt eat, Sat she wouldnt eat for her grandmother (who can always get her to eat a lot), Sunday she asked for noodles and broccoli, made it for her, and it sat there in the bowl. Now today I got her to eat some doughnuts, but only a few bites. She hasnt wanted anything since.

I know toddlers go through stages, but she is noticably thinner now. She is still drinking a lot, and is very active. Shes not sick, but her molars are coming in. I didnt even notice until she had her fingers shoved in her mouth and i looked in on saturday.

anyone else go through this? anything I can do?

Poor little one!
I haven't gone through this yet, but I know that no child has ever starved themselves. If her teeth are hurting, or she still isn't back to normal after throwing up she won't want to eat. I would give it a day or two. As long as she is drinking I wouldn't be too worried. I bet within a few days she'll be back to normal. Good luck! Hugs.

Till she starts eating more you could give her some pediasure. It'll give her more energy. I imagine she's probably not eating because it hurts. Maybe if you give her a little tylenol it will help her eat? I hope she starts to eat again soon for you!!
