I went to CVS yesterday (Sunday) and bought the Softsoap and Almay. ECB printed instantly.
I went back today to pick up 4 Softsoaps (to make a total of 5) and my ECB did NOT print. I have double checked and I purchased the correct size/variety. I also had one ECB that was due to print from way back and it has not printed.
I started with 10 ECB coupons and used 5 of them to pay for this stuff. That should have left room (10 coupon rule) for the others to print, right?
Also, I just noticed that my receipt is different from yesterday. It no longer has the deal summary at the bottom. It's exactly like the receipts I got last week, not the new version.
Same thing here with a diff wrinkle. I used my wife's card today vs. mine yesterday. Weird thing is nothing printed on the card today which isn't in the 30 coupon hades but yesterday everything printed on the one that did have that problem. I bought Almay, speed stick and softsoap today (mix of weekly and monthly items) if anyone is interested.
Edit: just read this, maybe it has something to do w/ it: I called today to find out about having all my old ones reset and they said they were having a problem and couldn't see any coupons at all right now and ask for me to call back tommorrow.
CVS is having computer problems today. I also didn't get my ECB's. I didnt get my quarterly or previously earned ECB's. So they will probably print next visit for you.
that happened to my yesterday hubby's card worked , mine didn't even print the ones that was due from last week .
i called and they said they are having some huge problems with the puter ... and it will print in 48 ours or i have to call back .
i didn't think about the 30 coupon limit. i'm not sure where I stand with that.
i called corporate and they are going to check into it. But the rep confirmed that I will be getting those ECBs. He was not sure why they did not print out. But he did not mention any limit on ECBs.
I bought softsoap and oral-b yesterday and they did print out immediately. I bought them today, and they did not print out.
I just got back from CVS and mine printed nothing either! The manager told me that it showed "cannot connect to server" as soon as he scanned my card so no info was being sent or received until it was back online. Ugh
we have done it- we sank the system- 5 million people suddenly rushing into the store to buy softsoap killed it- the entire cvs computer shut down.....teeny tiny little letters are going across the screens at headquarters.....why me? why me?
ECB NOT printing immediately today?
