A friend's last child has left home for college and she's devastated. Even though she has a happy marriage, and a great career, she cries and cries about her grown-up child who has just left home. Will this go away fairly quickly as she gets used to the idea? It's only just happened so perhaps she will improve in time. She's very unhappy.
