Essential Oil supplements
So I tried an essential oil supplement I got at the health food store my itchy dry leg skin went away after only a few days. Also got some other good benefits, like reduced inflamation, better moods, less oily facial skin, etc. I am not mentioning a brand, because I don't want you to think I am a promoter. But just an idea to try. I learned that our current food supply is completely devoid of essential fats. We have all been instructed by our friends and doctors to take fish oil supplements. But they taste bad. Fact is that the bad taste is rancicidy and you can do better. Also, taking it in pill form is not enough. We need at least 2 tablespoons a day - or 1 tbs per 55 pounds of body weight. I noticed a change in mood immediately (and I did not have any mood disorders) and after 3 days my itchy dry skin went away. Good luck.
