So I know my 15-year-old son does not think I am the coolest person in the world right now - or for the next few years, I assume - that's fine. But he spends more time on the couch, or at his computer in his room, than ever before.
I read an interview today with a 15-year-old triathlete who TRAINS with his PARENTS. I figure there must be more I can do - we used to go on walks, bike rides, swims together - and now we don't do anything. It takes a toll on my fitness level, too. Any parents found successful ways to get their teenager more active, with or without them?
