Exercising rules?
Okay I know you aren't supposed to exercise your abdomen after a c-section for at least 6 months (they say the same thing when you get a tummy tuck because you can tear the incision site - I watch way too much Dr. 90210) but what about like cardio stuff? Dh is buiying me an elliptical machine because I have wanted one FOREVER and I'm really anxious to get started on toning up. What's the rules? Anyone know?
