Extra instants printing anyone?
My instant ECB's are still beeping like everyone elses so I called CS on Friday. I told him all of my instant ones were beeping and saying it is invalid for that card. He asked me the codes on each of my new ECB's and said they were all valid and didnt know what the problem was. Well I go shopping today and my ECB's are still saying invalid and at the end of my reciept all my ECB's from today printed along with a $40 that I have no idea where it came from. I know it is not from a previous deal since I keep a journal and I have recieved all that I am supposed to. I figured maybe he had reset all of the beeping ones into one big ECB but I totalled all of the ones up that I had at the time I called and they totalled more than that. What do you guys think I should do? Maybe he reset some and not all? I dont want to get in trouble for using invalid ECB's. Just wondering what all of you thought and if you had any of these things happen to you.
